How should I prepare for a foot zone

Please come to your session with clean feet and an open mind

What to expect at my first session

You will be seated in a comfortable chair, with relaxing music playing, and the lights dimmed, I want you to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We will discuss your expectations of the zone and if there is anything in particular you would like me to focus on. If you haven’t completed your intake form prior to the visit, you will be asked to so in your first visit, once that is completed, we will review it, this will take about 10-15 minutes.  Then I ask you to sit back and relax. I will combine specifically chosen essential oils for you and lotion in my hands and begin the zone.  Plan about 60-75 minutes for the first session, about 50-60 minutes for a standard zone thereafter.

Each subsequent visit, prior to starting, we will spend a few minutes chatting and understanding how you felt after your last zone, what you experienced, and what your expectations are for this zone.

How long does a foot zone take

A session typically takes 50-60 minutes.  The size of your feet, the condition of your health, which zone package you chose, and the number of questions you have will influence the time it takes to unblock the signals on your feet.

What to do after a foot zone

Drink lots of water, go for a walk or any type of movement, this helps the toxins to move out of your body faster.  Be mindful of what you are physically or emotionally feeling or experiencing, allow those feelings to be released and plan for your next zone.
